Levsha
The Tale of a Cross-Eyed Lefty from Tula and the Steel Flea
Drawn from the beloved mid-19th century novella by Nicolai Semyonovich Leskov, relates a tale of two Tsars,
a curmudgeonly general and a poor, but astonishingly deft young gunsmith from the small town of Tula.
Obshee Delo (The Common Task)
This film interweaves tales of an impoverished, yet influential philosopher-librarian, Nicolai Federov,
the accomplishments and tribulations of Russia's historic Pulkovo Observatory, and the life and work of Constantine
Tsiolkovski, whose inspired vision of human space travel and habitation changed the course of humanity.
